Claudio D’Ambrosio
President & CEO

Claudio D’Ambrosio serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Arclin. Mr. D’Ambrosio is an experienced business leader with nearly 30 years in the chemical industry in both North America and Europe. A chemical engineer by training, Mr D’Ambrosio served on the Arclin Board of Directors from its inception until May 2008 at which time he took control of the company as CEO. Prior to that, he served as sales director and manufacturing manager early in his career before assuming more senior positions and eventually serving as President and CEO of Ciba Specialty Chemicals Canada, and Chief Operating Officer at Chemtrade Logistics Income fund.

Mr. D’Ambrosio has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and received the Lean Six Sigma Belt from the University of Notre Dame. He has also received additional training on strategy, leadership and finance from IMD, Switzerland, Harvard, Queen’s and Penn State Universities.

Mr D’Ambrosio is married with two adult children and resides in the Toronto, ON area.

Randy Schwartzhoff
Executive Vice President, Engineered Specialties & Corporate Development

Randy Schwartzhoff serves as Executive Vice President of Arclin, formerly Dynea North America. In his eighteen years with the Company, he has been responsible for the Northern Resins operations along with corporate strategy development, marketing and communications. Prior to that, he held various management positions with Dynea Oy in Helsinki as Executive Vice President - Global Market Applications, and Senior Vice President - Global Paper Overlays. He has served as a director on several boards within Dynea Oy.

Prior to joining Dynea, Mr. Schwartzhoff held various management positions at Dyno ASA, Georgia Pacific Corp., U.S. Plywood, and Champion International.

Mr. Schwartzhoff graduated with Honors from the University of Minnesota with a B.Sc. in Forest Products Marketing and an MBA in Business Administration. He is a member of Xi Sigma Pi, an honorary Forestry fraternity, and has served as President of the College of Forestry Alumni Society.

Mr. Schwartzhoff is married with two adult children. He and his family reside in Hayward, Wisconsin, where he has served on numerous civic and other non-profit boards.

Robin Augustine
Senior Vice President, Engineered Building Materials

Robin Augustine serves as Senior Vice President of Arclin, formerly Dynea North America. Throughout his three years with the Company, he has been responsible for management of the Southern Resins operations, including Mexico and has served as a regional Vice President within RESINS.

Prior to joining Arclin, Mr. Augustine held positions at Petro-Canada, Lepages Adhesives, and H.J. Heinz Company and began his career at Canada Packers.

Mr. Augustine is a graduate of the University of Toronto with an MBA and a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering. Mr. Augustine is a professional engineer.

Mr. Augustine is married and resides just outside Raleigh, North Carolina.

Bjorn Wahl
Senior Vice President, Engineered Surfaces

Bjorn Wahl serves as Senior Vice President of Arclin, formerly Dynea North America. Throughout his sixteen years with the company, he has held a variety of management positions, including Vice President, Business and Development; General Manager, West Coast Overlays; and Vice President of Finance. He is currently responsible for the management of the Overlays operations.

Prior to joining Arclin, Mr. Wahl held positions at Dyno ASA in Norway, and has had extensive resin and overlays experience both internationally and in North America.

Mr. Wahl is a graduate of the Norwegian School of Commerce and Economics with an M.Sc in Business Economics. He is currently a board member of the Formaldehyde Council Institute of Arlington, VA, and serves on the Spring Valley Montessori School Board, Federal Way, WA.

Mr. Wahl is married with two children. He and his family reside in Gig Harbor, WA.
