Enhanced Flow Medium Density Overlays

EPIC™ Enhanced Flow Medium Density Overlays (MDO) from Arclin are engineered with a high flow phenolic resin system to create a strong, durable bond.  Designed to create a smooth, matte concrete finish, Enhanced Flow MDO are alkaline resistant.  They’re the perfect choice for concrete that will be coated, painted and exposed.

  • Specially manufactured base paper and advanced phenolic resin formulation are designed for enhanced alkaline resistance
  • EPIC(sm) Enhanced Flow MDO 3369 has 38% resin content; 3379 has 36% resin content. Resin contents are based on volatile free calculations
  • Creates smooth, matte architectural concrete surface finish
  • May contribute to LEED credits for waste reduction and for material reuse

  • For use with jobsite-built forming systems and gang forms
  • Concrete forming where matte finish is desired
