Russell C. Taylor – President and Chief Executive Officer
Russell Taylor joined Arclin as President and CEO in December of 2011. Mr. Taylor comes to Arclin from Cellu Tissue Holdings, where he served as President and CEO for nearly a decade. Previously, he was a group president for Kimberly Clark Corporation. Over Taylor’s more than 30-year career, he has held a number of manufacturing, research and development, and general managementpositions. Mr. Taylor holds a chemical engineering degree from the University of South Florida.
Scott Maynard – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Maynard joined Arclin in 2008 after serving in a number of senior executive positions at Lafarge North America, Bracknell Corporation, AT+T Capital and CCL Industries. Maynard is a Chartered Accountant, and holds an Honours Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo Ontario.
Bjorn Wahl – Senior Vice President, Building & Construction
Throughout his 16 years with Arclin, Wahl has held a variety of management positions, including Vice President, Business and Development; General Manager, West Coast Overlays; and Vice President of Finance. Mr. Wahl has extensive experience in the resins and overlays industries, both internationally and in North America. He is a graduate of the Norwegian School of Commerce and Economics with a Master of Science degree in Business Economics.
Ron Huizingh – Senior Vice President, Manufacturing
Mr. Huizingh has spent 29 years in the chemical industry in a variety of manufacturing roles. Prior to joining Arclin, he was the President and Managing Director of Lanxess Canada and Manager of the Lanxess complex in Sarnia Ontario. He also served as a Senior Vice President for Bayer Canada. A graduate of Queens Univerity at Kingston in Ontario, Huizingh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineer and is a licenced professional engineer.
Randy Schwartzhoff – Senior Vice President, Engineered Materials
Mr. Schwartzhoff has served in various managerial and executive capacities since joining Arclin in 1989. Prior to joining Arclin, Schwartzhoff was a Branch Manager for Georgia-Pacific Corporation's Distribution Division. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota.
Mark Anderson, PhD – Senior Vice President, Research & Technology
Dr. Anderson has spent the last 15 years with Arclin, most recently leading its Research & Technology group. During his tenure with the company, Anderson also worked for more than two years in the Asia Pacific as Senior Vice President of Market Applications. He holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Oregon and a Ph.D. from Arizona State University.
Bernie Cardella – Senior Vice President, Supply Chain
Mr Cardella is responsible for supply chain operations, comprising procurement, logistics and sales and operations planning. Cardella joined Arclin in 2005 after holding senior positions in consumer packaged goods companies including Campbell Soup Company and Allied Domecq. Mr Cardella holds an Economics Degree from York University in Toronto Ontario.
Lynne Brenegan – Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Lynne Brenegan joined Arclin after serving as Vice President, Strategy and Human Resources for global automation firm ATS (Automation Tooling Systems), and as Director of leadership and organization development for Barrick Gold Corporation. Prior to these roles, Lynne ran a consulting practice in leadership development and organizational change which served clientele in the retail, financial services, high technology, aerospace, logistics and transportation industries. Lynne holds an M.A. in Developing Human Resources from OISE/University of Toronto.
