Russell C. Taylor, President and Chief Executive Officer
Russell Taylor joined Arclin as President and CEO in December of 2011. Mr. Taylor comes to Arclin from Cellu Tissue Holdings, where he served as President and CEO for nearly a decade. Previously, he was a group president for Kimberly Clark Corporation. Over Taylor’s more than 30-year career, he has held a number of manufacturing, research and development, and general management positions. Mr. Taylor holds a chemical engineering degree from the University of South Florida.
David Morris, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Morris joined Arclin in 2017. Prior to joining Arclin, he was CFO for Tensar Corporation in Atlanta, GA where he led the financial organization, which included locations in the UK, China and Russia. While at Tensar he was instrumental in improving reporting and analytics, cash management, and corporate debt structure. Before Tensar, Mr. Morris held financial leadership roles at other manufacturing companies including Cellu-Tissue, where he helped lead the company through an IPO as well as company acquisitions, Blue Linx, Georgia Pacific, and Kimberly-Clark.
Ralf D. Yobp, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Yobp joined Arclin in 1994 as a Technical Service representative, managing Arclin’s southern Technical Service efforts and the regional product applications development facility. Over the past 19 years Yobp held numerous positions within the company including Technical Sales Manager, New Business Development Manager, Procurement Director and Business Director over multiple Market Applications. Mr. Yobp holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Wood Science from The Pennsylvania State University.
Bradley Bolduc, Senior Vice President Surfaces and Performance Products
Mr. Bolduc has been with Arclin since 2012. He joined the company as Business Director of Specialty Chemicals & New Markets and took over as Vice President of Decorative Surfaces, then Senior Vice President of Resins & New Products before moving to his current role as Senior Vice President of Surfaces and Performance Products. Mr. Bolduc has also been an integral part of the company’s mergers and acquisitions team. Before coming to Arclin, he served as Business Development Director for AlzChem, AlzChem AG. Mr. Bolduc is a graduate of the University of Maine, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources and Agri-Business and studied Natural Sciences and Plant Sciences/Chemistry.
Scot Johnson, Senior Vice President Business Development and New Products
Mr. Johnson joined the company in 1987. During his tenure, he helped establish the company’s first North American Surfaces plant in Hayward, WI, and set up Arclin’s quality control lab test protocol and basic Research & Technology operations. Prior to his current role, Johnson was Senior Vice President of Surfaces and has served as Quality Control Supervisor, Technical Sales Manager and Business Development Director. Before joining Arclin, he was Technical Director at LP Siding/OSB. Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from the University of Minnesota Duluth, with a major in manufacturing and a minor in business.
James T. Wright, PhD, Vice President Research & Technology
Dr. Wright has been with Arclin for 9 years. He joined the company as the Technology ManagerNew Markets and served as Business Technical DirectorResins before moving to his current role as Vice President of Research & Technology for Surfaces and Performance Products. Previouslyhe held various leadership roles including Group Leader at Georgia-Pacific Chemicals. Dr. Wright holds a Bachelor of Science from Howard University in Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Physical-Organic Chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Mark Glaspey, Vice President Manufacturing
Mr. Glaspey has been with Arclin for 15 years serving in several positions including Technical Service, Product Development, Technical Sales for numerous Market Applications, and Director of Technical Sales. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wood Products and Master of Science degree in Forest Resources, both from The Pennsylvania State University.
Warren Shunk, Vice President Procurement
Mr. Shunk joined Arclin in 1998 at the company’s North Bay Ontario facility. During his tenure with Arclin, Warren has held a number of positions including HSE Manager, Corporate Six Sigma Project Manager, Assistant Plant Manager, and Plant Manager. Warren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Nipissing University and is Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
