Paste Bond Dispersions

Paste bond dispersions are used to get the absolute highest degree of particle size consistency and dispersion characteristics. Arclin produces paste dispersions ranging in consistency from a firm paste that can be cut, to moderately low viscosity pumpable pastes. Products are available in bulk packages or in our pre-weighed low-melt bags. Our unique process is designed for a very high level of particle size control, resulting in the highest level of activity possible. FlowSperse® pastes are designed for internal mixer applications and typically offer a cost advantage compared to polymer-bound products.
