Our fire retardant coatings are applied under controlled factory conditions using ISO 9001:2015 quality-assured processes, ensuring full compliance with manufacturer specifications. This approach avoids the risks and potentially dangerous consequences of in-situ application. Among our options is ProStruct FR, certified to Euroclass B-s1, d0 CE2+ for structural (wall sheathing) use, providing high-performance fire protection without compromising the substrate’s structural integrity, as is common with traditional pressure impregnation methods.

Our fire retardant coatings are suitable for both permanent and temporary structural applications, making them ideal for use in timber frame construction. The panels are tested to meet the Euroclass B rating and are EN 13501-1 approved, replacing the older Class 0 standard. Our performance is fully supported by independent fire certification from Exova Warringtonfire, a global leader in fire safety testing and certification. In addition to ProStruct FR, we also provide fire retardant coatings for a variety of other substrates. All our coatings are water-based, non-solvent treatments. They can be applied as clear treatments that preserve the natural appearance of the material or as coloured intumescent coatings, offering both aesthetic flexibility and enhanced fire protection.
